A Best Place to Work in Madison, WI!
It is with great pleasure and happiness that we announce Steve Brown Apartments has been recognized for the fourth time in 10 years by Madison Magazine as one of the Best Places to Work in the mid-sized (51-100 employees) category.
125 local employers were nominated to participate in Madison Magazine’s 2018 Best Places to Work competition, however only an elite collection of employers in three categories (100+, 51-100, and less than 50 employees) are being recognized with a Best Places to Work Award.
Judging for the award is based on an employee engagement survey. The survey measures six areas of employee engagement: communications and resources, individual needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamics, and trust in leadership.
We take this moment to recognize the time and effort that our team puts in each and every day to make Steve Brown Apartments a Best Place to Work in all of Madison – this award would not have been possible without their dedication both to our residents and to the principles that we strive to live by at Steve Brown Apartments.
