Steve Brown Apartments (SBA) is seeking a Leasing Manager to join its exceptional leadership team. As the Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for the quality and effectiveness of our leasing team, helping us maintain our competitive edge.
Hours of Work: 40 hours a week, M-F from 8:30-5; weekends and evenings as required
Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of related sales or leasing experience. Minimum of 2 years sales or sales related customer service experience. Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
Duties:You’ll own the sales strategies, processes, and timelines and execute the brand strategy as it relates to sales. You’ll also lead the leasing teams from the inside, creating an ongoing cycle of training and auditing, and providing them with real-time, results-driven feedback. We’re looking for someone who promotes kindness and empathy, who is always putting the customer first. Development, evaluation, reporting, and implementation of various strategies and market conditions will also be required, as will providing hands-on support with all aspects of the various leasing and resident relations duties.
