Join The Team: Now Hiring Maintenance Technician – Level II
Hours of Work: Full-time (40wk). Serving our Madison and surrounding communities either Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or Tuesday-Saturday from 8:30-5p.m., with on-call rotation.
Qualifications: A candidate must hold a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle and have previous maintenance experience. Technical certifications are preferred and customer service skills are a must!
Duties: The Maintenance Technician works closely with management and Leasing Agents to insure timely and effective maintenance for our residents. The position is extremely valuable in terms of technical skills and direct customer service. Maintenance Technicians must be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
