Part sales and part resident support, you’ll never have two days that are the same. Things move quickly, and our competitive spirit is usually on display with progress trackers, leasing contests, and plenty of metrics to motivate you to overachieve. Sales bonuses are on deck each quarter.

Our leadership team provides support, coaching, training, and cheerleading at our daily huddles, weekly department meetings, and weekly team meetings. You’ll also attend annual sales trainings designed to inspire new ideas and hone your closing and service skills.

About 60% of our current leadership team started at SBA in leasing. Many leasing associates will stay in operations as they grow in their career, first as a Lead, then as Property Manager. Some transition to senior management or into a support department like Accounting, HR, or Marketing.

How You’ll Spend Your Day
DELIVERING A HASSLE-FREE RESIDENT EXPERIENCE
About
This position is responsible for ensuring that all operational procedures – especially those that directly impact our customer’s experience – are executed efficiently and in a hassle-free manner. You’ll work closely with the management team and support departments to implement the strategies that allow us to meet our goals.
Responsibilities
In this position, we will look to you to:
Execute lease term and renal rate strategies, and achieve rental and renewal sales goals.
Build positive relationships with our current and future residents, while also meeting their daily needs.
Communicate professionally in person, on the phone, and through email or chat.
Remain compliant with industry regulations.
Coordinate move-in and move-out periods, occasionally on the weekends.
