What To Expect as an Apartment Leasing Associate at SBA
Success Isn’t Left to Chance.
Part sales and part resident support, you’ll never have two days that are the same. Things move quickly, and our competitive spirit is usually on display with progress trackers, leasing contests, and plenty of metrics to motivate you to overachieve. Sales bonuses are on deck each quarter.
You’ll Learn From the Best.
Our leadership team provides support, coaching, training, and cheerleading at our daily huddles, weekly department meetings, and weekly team meetings. You’ll also attend annual sales trainings designed to inspire new ideas and hone your closing and service skills.
There’s Room for You to Grow.
About 60% of our current leadership team started at SBA in leasing. Many leasing associates will stay in operations as they grow in their career, first as a Lead, then as Property Manager. Some transition to senior management or into a support department like Accounting, HR, or Marketing.
“I enjoy meeting people and showing them our apartments. It makes me happy when I see prospect's eyes light up when they walk into an apartment they really love. I also love building relationships with them because I want them to know that when they live with us, they have a friend in the office who is here to help them.”
