Top 10 Reasons NOT to Lease an Apartment from Us
So, you’re in the market for a new apartment. There’s so much to choose from now that you’re on the hunt, and it’s up to you to weed through the good and the bad. That can be an incredibly daunting task in an area like Madison, so I’ll do what I can to help you out here.
There are a lot of things you have to consider when picking the right lease – location, price, amenities, etc. Between you and me, I’ve got some advice for you – do NOT lease from those of us here at Steve Brown Apartments. That is, unless you’re into things like…
You can rent practically anything from Steve Brown Apartments – a studio, six-bedroom apartment, or even a townhome. They’re located all around the Madison area and come with a variety of amenities and options. Personally, I’m overwhelmed just thinking about it. Too many options, I’ll pass.
You don’t even need to have a lease with Steve Brown Apartments to rent a parking spot from them. I don’t know about you, but I enjoy moving my car around every few hours to avoid getting ticketed. I get my steps in and some fresh air, ya know?
This complex features a studio, 1-bed, 2-bed, and 6-bed apartments just off State Street in the midst of downtown. Okay sure, I guess you could roll out of bed and grab food from a local favorite restaurant after a quick walk, but what about all the nightlife? I’d rather have solitude.
I personally identify as a minimalist, so what if they give me too much stuff in my apartment? Oh, there are unfurnished options too? Okay…
There are plenty of lease options available by Steve Brown Apartments with a lake view, but it’s not my style. We’re already surrounded by lakes every day in Madison, so I don’t need that following me home. We get it, Madison has lakes!
Three Steve Brown apartments in Madison offer a Roommate Matching Service to pair you with someone who shares your likes and dislikes. This wouldn’t work for me, I love drama. I live off the rush I get when my roommates and I get into a fight.
A luxury townhome in the Madison area right next to equally luxurious amenities? No thanks, I’m good. I prefer putt-putt anyway.
Okay, maybe this one isn’t actually so bad… I do hate a leaky faucet.
You’re telling me this place has hardwood floors, French doors, and a spiral staircase? Yeah, no thanks. “Charm” is just another word for old.
They say pets are allowed on certain leases, but they’re not telling the whole story. How come they wouldn’t let me bring my exotic Leatherback Sea Turtle? It just doesn’t seem fair.
I don’t know, maybe I’m just too picky. I hope this list helped you, though – best of luck in your search!
