Steve Brown Apartments partners with award winning architects, designers and general contracting firms to create a number of signature multi-family and student housing developments within the greater Madison area.
In our role as developer, Steve Brown Apartments specializes in both student and market rate multifamily properties, has the necessary experience to secure project financing in addition to supervising the design, construction and delivery of the completed product.
This downtown Madison multifamily project opened in August 2013. Keystone is a four story, 118,000 square foot building that’s clad in brick and stone. The community’s unit mix ranges from 1-bedroom apartments to 2-bedroom townhouse style apartments; there are 64 units and 98 beds, plus two stories of underground parking.

With Brownpoint Reserve, Steve Brown Apartments has once again raised the bar and taken the lead in Madison’s West Side multifamily market. Officially open in June of 2017, this 92 unit and 153 bed project offers the largest and most luxuriously appointed one, two and three bedroom units available.
