The Regent has short-term leases available for just the summer! These apartments rent “by-the-bed” where you rent just one room in a multi-room apartment. We can pair you with a roommate, you can bring your own, or you can rent the whole unit.
Rooms, Studio, Two-, and Three-Bedroom options are available, starting at $800/mo. per person. Leases begin between now and mid-June and run to mid-August. This is a great way to check out Madison for the summer, before you commit to a long-term lease!
