IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS: You will not be invoiced for any recurring monthly payments. Payment is due when you pay your monthly rent (advance, one-time payments of service are permitted, no discounts apply). Internet orders are assumed to be equal to the length of the lease. Internet may be shared by all roommates, but will be charged to the account of, and be treated as the sole responsibility of, the single individual that ordered the service. Services will be discontinued if there is an outstanding balance. Internet may be canceled with 30-days written notice.
