IKEA Apartment Glow-Up Renewal Giveaway — Official Rules

1) Sponsor
This promotion is sponsored by Steve Brown Apartments (“Sponsor”). Sponsor’s principal place of business is 120 W Gorham Street, Madison, WI 53703.

2) Promotion Name
IKEA Apartment Glow-Up Renewal Giveaway (“Promotion”).

3) Non-Affiliation Disclaimer
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with IKEA. IKEA is a registered trademark of its respective owner.

4) Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of Wisconsin who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Employees of Sponsor (or its affiliates), and members of their immediate household (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) are not eligible to enter or win.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet eligibility requirements. Contest is void where prohibited.

5) Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on Tuesday, January 17, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time (“Promotion Period”).
Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

6) How to Enter
There are two ways to enter during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

A) Renewal Entry (Renewal Perk)
During the Promotion Period, you may enter by fully executing a renewal lease with Sponsor during the Promotion Period (“Renewal Entry”). A lease is considered fully executed when it has been signed by the resident(s) and accepted by Sponsor in its normal course of business.

B) Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
You may also enter for free, without renewing, by submitting an email entry during the Promotion Period.

Your email must include:
• Your full name
• Your phone number
• Your mailing address

Email entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible.

7) Prize(s)
Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) $300 IKEA gift card.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $300 each
Total ARV of all prizes: $600

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing on 3/13/26 after the promotion period ends and all eligible renewal leases submitted for entry have been fully executed.

Winners will be notified by email. They must respond within five days or an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance.
