SBA Gives: Join Us in Donating Books to the Madison Reading Project
SBA Gives is proud to support the Madison Reading Project by hosting a Summer Book Drive! The Madison Reading Project provides free resources, books and literacy advancement to underserved children in our community.
To help us reach our goal of donating 200 books, we are challenging our staff, residents, and the community to consider donating new or gently used books during the week of June 14th – 18th. Books for babies to teenagers are welcome; early readers books (3-5 yrs.) are in high demand, as are sports, bilingual and Spanish!
There are many ways that you can support this great cause:
- Book donations can be dropped off in the bins provided in the lobbies at select SBA properties (see list below) or dropped off at our Main Office open Monday-Friday (120 W. Gorham St.) 8:30-5 p.m.
- Purchase new books off our Amazon Wish List and ship them directly to SBA. Shop our Amazon Wish List here.
- Eat Cake! Books & Bundt Cake Fundraiser – Nothing Bundt Cakes in Madison is donating 20% of its proceeds to the Madison Reading Project June 14th – 18th. The coupon code MADISONREADS must be used during checkout. Shop cakes here!
Please note: For the Madison Reading Project to get credit for your purchase, please add the code MADISONREADS to the Special Instructions section at the very end of the checkout process. Adding it to the Apply Promotion Code box will give you an error message.
